Maddi Parsons

Maddi graduated from the University of Wollongong with a Bachelor of Nutrition Science in 2018 and a Master of Nutrition and Dietetics in 2021. Maddi adds an extra element to the team as our resident Dietitian and has over four years of experience working with clients in the Nutrition space.

There’s a lot more to seeing Maddi than just for weight loss. She also helps people accelerate their recovery from pain and injury by tweaking the nutritional components and timing of food intake. She can also help people overcome a variety of common nutritional deficiencies such as Iron, Calcium, and Vitamin D.

Check out her blog post on “Iron Deficiency and what to do about it” here. This will give you an insight into her depth of knowledge and the incredible detail that can go into manipulating dietary intake to maximise the absorption of just one of the body’s required nutrients.

Maddi is an Accredited Practising Dietitian (APD), enabling her services to be eligible for Medicare rebate and for claiming through most Private Health Insurance Funds.

She’s also a Credentialed Eating Disorder Clinician (CEDC) and is ”passionate about helping people create a life-long positive relationship with food and their bodies”.

Maddi is available Thursday – Saturday.
