When booking online, or phoning for an appointment:

  • You will be offered an appointment within 24hrs, and usually on the day of your call.
    (Just make sure to leave your name and contact number, so we know who to call!)
  • No referral needed! (Unless you’re claiming through Medicare with a Chronic Disease Management Plan, Workers’ Compensation, Third Party Injury, or Veterans’ Affairs.)

During your consultation:

  • Your condition will be accurately assessed, diagnosed, explained, and treated.
  • We encourage people to ask as many questions as they like to help them understand their condition.
  • Please allow up to one hour for your initial appointment.

For your convenience:

  • We offer extended trading hours and are open 5 days.
  • We offer a seamless online booking service. Just click on the “Online Booking” button, top left of the page.
  • We offer Health Fund rebates on the spot via HICAPS!
  • We accept EFTPOS and all credit cards.
  • No payment is necessary for all Workers’ Compensation, Third Party, and Veterans’ Affairs claims. We will take care of all the paperwork and send the invoices directly to your insurance company – just ensure you bring all the necessary paperwork with you.
