- Workers Compensation Physiotherapy
- Motor Vehicle Accident and CTP Physiotherapy

Home-Based Treatment and Rehab
For patients who have difficulty getting to the clinic, we offer physiotherapy treatment in the home as well as personalised home-based rehabilitation.
This can include:
- assessment
- hands-on treatment where appropriate
- mobility and balance improvement
- falls prevention
- strength and functional exercise programs
- practical advice tailored to the home environment.
The goal is to make treatment more accessible while helping patients move better, feel safer, and stay as independent as possible.

Balance Disorders and Vertigo
We treat balance disorders and vertigo, including BPPV, using specialised techniques such as the Epley manoeuvre to resolve the ‘spinning’ sensation, reduce dizziness, and improve balance and stability. Temporomandibular Joint (TMJ) Pain Relief
Jaw pain can be a significant source of discomfort. Our gentle, targeted treatment focuses on reducing tension in the jaw and surrounding muscles, improving movement, and giving you practical advice to get rid of your pain and improve jaw function.
Providers: Graeme and Jacob
If you’re dealing with jaw pain, clicking, or tightness, you can read more about our approach to TMJ and jaw pain physiotherapy.
Dry Needling
Dry Needling is a precise treatment that involves inserting fine needles into the skin and muscles to release trigger points and deep muscle knots. Unlike traditional acupuncture, which focuses on energy pathways, dry needling directly targets the muscular system to reduce muscle spasms, alleviate pain, and help restore full mobility. This technique is particularly effective for chronic pain and muscle tightness that may not respond well to massage therapy alone.
Dry needling is a game-changer for treating chronic pain and accelerating injury recovery. By integrating this specialised method into our physiotherapy services, we help you achieve faster healing and a quicker return to your daily activities.
Providers: Blake and Jack.

Physiotherapy FAQs
Do I need a referral to see a physiotherapist?
That depends on the type of patient pathway you are on.
Private patients: No, you can book directly without a referral.
If you’re coming through WorkCover or CTP – No, you can self refer. Although a GP will have to be involved at some stage to ensure a clean flow through all of the paperwork involved when dealing with an insurance company.
DVA, ADF, and Medicare GP Chronic Condition Management Plans (GP-CCMP) require a referral.
If you’re in any way confused or concerned about any of this info, please feel free to call our friendly team on (02) 9542 7276 and we’ll answer any questions, and help point you in the right direction.
What happens at my first appointment?
Your first session includes a full assessment, a clear explanation of what’s going on, and a plan to get you moving in the right direction.
Treatment also starts immediately on the first visit.
How many sessions will I need?
That depends on your condition, how long it’s been there, and your goals.
We’ll give you a clear plan early on, so you know what to expect and how to progress.
Can physiotherapy help long-term or chronic pain?
Yes – and it’s one of the most common things we treat.
We take a structured approach combining hands-on treatment, our 3 phase rehab program, and education to help reduce pain and improve function over time.
Do you treat WorkCover and motor vehicle accident injuries?
Yes. We regularly treat both WorkCover and CTP patients.
Our team handles the paperwork, communicates with insurers, and keeps your treatment moving so you can focus on recovery.
What should I wear to my appointment?
Comfortable clothing that allows movement and access to the area being treated.
For example, shorts for knee injuries or a loose shirt for shoulder or neck problems.
Bring a change of clothes if coming direct from work, for example.
Can I still come in if I’m in a lot of pain?
Yes – that’s often the best time to get things assessed properly.
We adjust treatment to suit your current level, focusing on reducing pain first before progressing your rehab.
Do you offer home visits?
Yes – we offer home-based physiotherapy for patients who have difficulty getting to the clinic.
This includes assessment, treatment, and tailored rehab programs in your home environment.
