About Maddi Parsons

Maddi Parsons is an Accredited Practising Dietitian (APD) and Credentialed Eating Disorder Clinician (CEDC) based at PhysioCentral in Miranda, serving clients throughout The Sutherland Shire. With a Bachelor of Nutrition Science, and Masters in Nutrition & Dietetics, Maddi is deeply committed to helping people build healthier, more positive relationships with food.

Known for her compassionate and down-to-earth approach, Maddi provides evidence-based nutrition advice tailored to each individual’s needs. Whether it’s overcoming eating disorders, navigating women’s health challenges, or supporting people with ADHD and Autism, she focuses on creating realistic, sustainable plans that make a real difference.

Maddi works closely with individuals struggling with eating disorders and disordered eating, offering empathetic care to help them find their path to recovery. As a Credentialed Eating Disorder Clinician, she takes the time to understand each person’s unique experience and meets them with practical, personalised support. Her clients trust her for her gentle, non-judgmental approach.

Women’s Health Nutrition

Supporting women’s health is a key area of Maddi’s practice. She offers guidance on hormonal health, pregnancy, and postpartum nutrition to help women feel their best through every stage of life. Her advice is always practical, empowering clients to make choices that fit their lifestyle and health goals.

Supporting women’s health is a big part of what Maddi does. She works with women through every stage of life, offering practical guidance on everything from hormonal health, pregnancy, and postpartum nutrition to managing conditions like Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS) and endometriosis. Maddi understands how challenging these issues can be and is passionate about helping her clients find solutions that fit their lifestyles and make them feel their best. Her goal is always to empower women with the knowledge and support they need to make choices that work for them long term.

ADHD & Autism Nutrition

Maddi also has a special interest in working with individuals and families navigating ADHD and Autism. She creates simple, achievable nutrition strategies and solutions that help clients build healthy habits that are easy to follow and maintain.

Maddi believes in intuitive eating and the non-diet approach, helping her clients break free from the pressures of diet culture. Her practice is built on the idea that everyone deserves to feel good about their food choices and body—without guilt or restriction. Maddi is dedicated to ongoing professional development and remains current with the latest nutrition and eating disorder treatment. As a Health at Every Size (HAES®) Practitioner, she regularly enhances her skills through training, including certifications from the Inside Out Institute in eating disorder care and Motivational Interviewing. This ensures her clients receive up-to-date, expert advice in a constantly evolving field.

Flexible Availability to Suit Your Schedule

Maddi is available for in-person appointments at PhysioCentral in Miranda from Tuesday to Thursday, and for online consultations on Fridays. Once a month, she also offers Saturday appointments, providing flexibility for busy families and professionals across The Sutherland Shire.
