Compassionate care, clear plans, steady progress. Jacob is a physiotherapist and local to the Sutherland Shire, bringing a calm, practical approach to recovery. He has hands-on experience across inpatient and outpatient settings at Kareena Private Hospital, working with people at every stage of rehabilitation – from post-operative orthopaedics to respiratory and neurological presentations. Patients appreciate his clear explanations, attention to detail, and the way he turns complex rehab into simple, achievable steps.
Jacob is the newest addition to the PhysioCentral team.

How Jacob works
Jacob listens first, then builds a plan that fits real life – clear precautions, a focused home program, and milestone checks so you can see progress. He collaborates closely with surgeons, GPs and other clinicians to keep everyone aligned on goals and timeframes, and he’s big on education so you know the why behind every consult, treatment, and exercise.
Community and Background
Raised in the Shire and based in Caringbah, Jacob has volunteered for Gymea United FC as a MiniRoos coordinator and junior head coach, improving grassroots pathways and player development. His leadership roles outside healthcare sharpened his communication and problem-solving under pressure – skills he brings to every consult.
Communication Skills
Jacob is a clear, calm communicator. He listens first, then has the ability to translate complex clinical findings into plain language and simple next steps. Each session ends with clear take-home cues and milestones, so you know what to do, and why.
Ongoing Professional Development
Like all of our Therapists at PhysioCentral, Jacob is committed to keeping up to date with the latest research and clinical techniques.
“It’s easy to maintain a passion for learning when you love what you do.”
