How it works
1. Book your initial appointment
Just let us know when you call or book online that it’s a WorkCover claim. We’ll ask for your claim number if you have one β don’t worry if you don’t yet.
2. We assess and document your injury
Your physio completes a thorough assessment and creates the clinical records your insurer requires.
3. We handle all paperwork and approvals
We lodge treatment plans, progress reports, and any authorisation requests directly. You sign where needed – that’s it.
4. We bill the insurer directly
Approved sessions are invoiced straight to the insurer at WorkCover rates. No out-of-pocket cost for covered treatment.

Do I need a referral to see a physio under WorkCover?
You can self-refer to a physiotherapist under a workers’ comp claim.
What if my claim hasn’t been approved yet?
We can still begin treatment. We’ll help you navigate the approval process and can hold invoicing while the claim is being assessed in many cases.
Which insurers do you work with?
We work with all major workers’ compensation insurers Federal, and State schemes including Comcare, and iCare (NSW).
Most employers in NSW will take out a workers’ compensation policy with iCare, the NSW government agency established to act for the Nominal Insurer. (Taken from the icare Website)
