How it works
1. Book your initial appointment
Just let us know when you call or book online that it’s a CTP claim. Have your Green Slip insurer’s name handy if you can – but don’t worry if you’re not sure yet.
2. We assess and document your injury
Your physio carries out a thorough assessment and creates the clinical records your insurer requires to process the claim.
3. We handle all paperwork and approvals
We prepare and submit treatment plans, progress reports, and any authorisation requests directly to your insurer. You sign where needed – that’s it.
4. We bill the insurer directly
Approved sessions are invoiced straight to the CTP insurer. No out-of-pocket cost for covered treatment.

FAQ’s
Do I need a referral to see a physio under a CTP claim?
No referral is needed. You can self-refer to a physiotherapist under the NSW CTP scheme.
What if my claim hasn’t been approved yet?
We can still begin treatment. Most injured people are entitled to treatment from the moment of the accident under the NSW scheme’s statutory benefits provisions. We’ll help you navigate the process and can hold invoicing while approvals are being sorted.
What if I was at fault in the accident?
You’re still entitled to treatment benefits under NSW’s no-fault statutory benefits scheme, regardless of who caused the accident. We’ll help you understand your entitlements at your first appointment.
