Whether you’re managing a musculoskeletal injury, recovering from surgery, or maintaining the physical demands of service life – our physios are experienced in working with Defence personnel and understand what’s required to get you back to full operational readiness.

What our patients worry about

πŸ“‹ Too much paperwork

Referrals come through the Bupa iRBS system – we manage the clinical reports and invoicing on our end. You don’t touch any of it.

πŸ’Έ Out-of-pocket costs

As a registered Bupa ADF provider, we bill through the contract. No gap fees for covered treatment.

πŸ“ Finding a registered provider

PhysioCentral is registered in the Bupa ADF provider network – your Defence Health Centre can refer you directly to us.

🎯 Getting Defence-appropriate care

Our physios understand the physical demands of service. Treatment is goal-focused and built around getting you back to full capacity.

How it works

Your medical officer or treating clinician at your base sends a referral through the Bupa ADF Health Services system (iRBS). You can request PhysioCentral as your preferred provider.

Once Bupa routes the referral to us, we contact you directly to arrange your appointment. No chasing required on your end.

Your physio carries out a thorough assessment and creates a plan aligned with your Defence health goals and the clinical requirements of your referral.

Clinical reports go back to your referring clinician through the Bupa system. Invoicing is submitted directly – nothing comes to you.
