How it works
1. Book your initial appointment
Let us know when you call or book online that you hold a DVA Gold or White Card. If you have a GP referral, bring it along – if you’re unsure whether you need one, we can help clarify before your visit.
2. We assess and document your condition
our physio completes a thorough assessment and creates a care plan that meets DVA’s clinical documentation requirements.
3. We manage all paperwork and approvals
We submit treatment plans and handle any prior approval requests for extended sessions directly with DVA. You sign where needed – that’s it.
4. We bill DVA directly
All covered sessions are invoiced straight to the Department of Veterans’ Affairs. No bill comes to you
